Who we are

Motherhood Gathered (motherhoodgathered.com) sells letters, workbooks and keepsakes. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email [email protected].

What we collect, and why

• When you order: your name, email address and delivery address, so we can send your order and tell you about it.
• Children's Letters: the child's first name, a second name if you give one, the magical address and any note you add. We use these only to write and post that letter, and to write each one that follows if you subscribe.
• Downloads: your email address, so we can send you the download link.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email, so we can reply.
• Our emails: if you ask to hear from us, your email address and when you agreed. Every email has a link to stop them.

Payments

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them. Stripe's own privacy policy explains how it handles them.

Who else handles your information

We use Stripe for payments, Resend to send our emails, and a cloud server to run this website. Each only receives what it needs to do that job. We never sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in to your account. Your cart is remembered in your own browser and never sent to us until you check out. We count visits with a self-hosted analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites and does not identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for our accounts. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
