Returns & Refunds Policy
We truly hope you love what you receive from Motherhood Gathered. Each item is created and packed with care, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to get in touch if you’d like to request a return.
We hope everything arrives safely and just as expected — but if your order is damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll take a look and do our best to make it right.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Include any original packaging and labels
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
(such as your order number or confirmation email)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Personalised items
Digital products once downloaded
Subscriptions or membership-based services (such as Gathered Letters or course access) once your account has been activated and your welcome email has been sent.
The only exception to this is if the item is faulty — in which case, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Subscription Cancellation
You’re welcome to cancel your subscription at any time.
Once we’ve processed your cancellation, it will take effect from the start of the following calendar month.
How to Request a Return
Please email hello@motherhoodgathered.com with your order details and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your parcel.
We currently aren’t able to offer free returns, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping hold of your proof of postage.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us unfortunately won’t be accepted.
