Shipping policy

Each item from Gathered Letters or the Secret Society of Magical Children is personalised to order, so please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive. 

If you need your order sooner, just get in touch before ordering - we’ll always do our best to help.

Our Reconnect Self chapter course will be delivered pretty much immediately via email. Each chapter is in printable PDF format.

 

WHEN DOES GATHERED LETTERS SHIP?

Gathered Letters ships in the last week of each calendar month. However if you sign up after the 15th, or in that last week, your subscription will begin the following month. If you would rather receive that months letter please contact me via the contact form and I will look into stock levels and do my best to get one out to you.

If you are awaiting your Gathered Letters subscription please note that letters are sent at the end of each month, they will then take 3-5 working days to reach you (UK) longer for International orders.

If you wish to cancel your subscription to Gathered Letters you can do at anytime.

 

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship worldwide, however with the ongoing tariff regulations we’re currently unable to confirm shipping options to the United States or Canada. If you’d like to order Gathered Letters from one of these destinations, please reach out through the contact page.

All parcels are sent with Royal Mail. 

Royal Mail advises delivery can take up to 3–5 working days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after this time, please check in with Royal Mail first to help locate it. We’re only able to resend an order once it’s officially classed as lost (after 10 working days).

 

CHECK, CHECK

Please double-check your order details at checkout and again when you receive your confirmation email. If you spot an error, let us know within 24 hours — we’ll try to make any changes if possible, though with personalised orders and quick shipping requested, this can’t always be guaranteed.

Every order is checked with care before posting, and we truly want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, please get in touch straight away and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
